Introduction

Hoe Pharmaceuticals, formerly known as K.H Hoe Farmasiutika Sdn Bhd, was established in 1979. Its core business is manufacturing and distribution of pharmaceuticals and cosmetic products. Its manufacturing facilities have GMP status. Hoe's products are exported to the Middle East and other Asian countries.

Hoe has been acquired by Diverified Healthcare Services (DHS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tan & Tan Developments Bhd as part of the latter's diversification into the healthcare industry. Tan & Tan is a public listed company on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. Its core business is property development. The company's first venture into the healthcare industry was in the development of the Gleneagles Hospital Intan along Jalan Ampang in Kuala Lumpur.
